I started doing cross fit last March. I have been pretty good at going very consistently until I started running. Aaron didn't want me to get burned out or wear my body out so he told me I should do one or another each day. Not both. So, I cut back to 2-3 times a week on cross fit. Well, today we were supposed to do toes to bars. I haven't ever been able to get my feel all the way up there.....
Until now! I totally surprised myself when I did it! Maybe it is the adrenaline rush that Aaron may be coming home for a couple of days in between his trips. Check out those calves......I guess you could say I'm a runner:)
Of course it doesn't come without a price....That was a pretty good tear on my hand!
It was worth it!!
