We all had an excellent time on our vacation but as all good things must come to an end we needed to get back home and into real life! We knew this baby would be sleepy so we hit the road when it was about her nap time.....
She played with her sunglasses on for a bit.....
Then, like Ry used to do, put the blanky over her head and went to sleep:)
Brayd is still little and needs naps once in a while....
Ry is past the little stage but not quite to the preteen stage. So, he stays wide awake on trips.
Porter was a lucky boy....I let them play on the phone for the drive home.
And this is the pre-teen in the family.....or maybe she just knew she was going to have a late night so she thought she would catch up on her sleep:)
This is our cute driver.....and the one who paid for the whole trip for us!

This is Ry's beautiful car that he drew for us.....I love to see pictures that my kids draw!
The rest of our New Year's Eve was spent cleaning up all the Christmas decorations, playing with the toys the kids bought and relaxing-for some-. Madi went to to a party at the Rec Center but the rest of us stayed home. It worked out great for me!!
Goodbye 2013.....it was a bit of a rough one which consisted of some counseling but we made it through and are stronger now.
