My Madi's 1st Talk and Brayd's 8th Birthday!

My Madi was asked to give her first talk in sacrament on Brayden's birthday......She was very nervous about it but did an awesome job and looked so cute up there....She even wrote the whole thing by herself. With a little bit of help from mom and dad:)

When that was behind us and  we were home from church it was time to start partying for 

Brayd's birthday.....

Brayden received a remote control car, some legos, a remote control boat, kendama. snacks and a $100.00 bill!! Brayden loves money!!

And of course he looked amazing in his cute new outfit....and buff as ever in his tank top!

When presents were opened and lunch was served-tater tot casserole is what he requested....

We went outside by the pool and Brayd got to play with his boat!

And his kendama!

Brayden was so excited when his cousins showed up and it was time to have dinner, play games and open a couple more presents....

As party favors we gave all the kids little nerf guns to play with....

I told them to all point their guns at me while I took a picture....

They then shot at me.....Christie especially thought it was just so funny!

Joanna, Heather, Grandpa and Grandma all came to have a good time and chat!

They chanted outside while Moss, Aaron and Paul chatted inside and watched a soccer game....

Oh the men....

We had a big poster of Brayd made and played "place the mustache on Brayd"

Brayd loved his poster.

And wanted to recreate it...

It was pretty funny!

Christie made a cute little cake with a motorcycle on it.

Brayden really liked it....It was pretty delicious:)

And the day is over, just like that.....Brayd conked out during scriptures. I guess it's hard being an 8 year old. 

HAPPY BIRTHDAY MY BRAYD....You are such a good sport about Tivoli taking your spot as the "baby". I hope you always remember how special you are and always will be to us!
