We don't go out to the dunes and ride around on RZR's very often, but when we do we have a good time!
All my babies shoved in the back seat....
Ry isn't too happy about it!
The plan was for Porter to ride in one with Brayden. Then the rest of us in a different one....We started out and it was VERY bumpy! The kids hurt because their heads were bobbling all around and with their helmets on it made for a very uncomfortable ride! We rode on the bumpy, rocky stuff for about an hour until we finally made it to the sand. We were very excited to just run around in the sand and play on the machines. That is when a guy came running up to us telling us he needed help. Something on his machine had broke. He was from Vegas so he didn't know anyone that could help him. He was pretty much stranded.
Well, the dude was lucky that he found Aaron and that we had two machines that could pull this guy out. It was pretty crazy at times and I was a nervous wreck!
Just waiting for dad...
They needed to go drive around for a bit to find the best path to pull the machine out.
When I get nervous I don't take pictures but it was pretty intense! I was so proud of Porter for being confident and taking on the challenge of driving one of the machines in the 3 machine train, with all of them being hooked together.
We of course made it back with only one incident of a front bar being broken off the guy's machine.
Luckily that happened pretty much at the end so we were in the clear.
Aaron was a little late for the Priesthood session but he made it and we had a great opportunity to help someone in need!
That's what it is all about!
