Porter woke up this morning feeling so much better and ready to have some fun! We decided to head to the Zoo because it was something the babies would enjoy. And, everyone likes to see a bunch of animals....right? We headed North to L.A. thinking it would be faster to get to than going South to San Diego.....we were right on the way there. The way back was a completely different story.....However, while we were there we had a good time and all the kids enjoyed themselves some time with the animals!
First stop was the Flamingos....there was many of them!

I have realized I don't take as many pictures of Porter because he is rarely around.

Brianne and Chase arrived at about lunchtime.....
We ate under some shade in a little spot that was just off the "food court"
The food wasn't the best, but we didn't expect much either.

We then found a cute little playground to play on.....
Tiv loved the slide she found and was so excited to go down it many times!

Porter is such a good big brother! He is more than willing to take care of her most of the time.
He is going to be an amazing daddy some day!

Oh, Aaron needed a break too:) He actually made it very clear to me that he wasn't tired, just waiting for everyone to catch up to him:)

Brianne stopped and bought this back pack hoping Dawson would be happy in it.
Lyla ended up loving it more and Ry packed her around.
I love that my boys are such good helpers when it comes to the babies especially.
It was so fun that Porter wanted a try.....Good job boys!

We had a good time looking at the animals and walking around. We were so happy Porter was feeling better! On our way home the traffic was AWFUL!! It took us about an hour in a half to make it 30 miles. Tiv was good and slept until the last half hour where she screamed that whole time. It was miserable but we made it!
We stopped and got a quick dinner than headed back to the hotel to chill for the evening.

Aaron definitely got his servings of fruit in for the day.
Tiv was such a good sleeper in the nights for us. We would make her a bed on the floor with her naked Mexican Baby and she would sleep great!

Just cuddled up next to her baby.
And she's out for the night....
