A Day at Lego Land......

The day after Knott's Berry Farm we headed down to try out Lego Land....We had heard mixed reviews, some people really liked it, others said it was a waste of time and money. I think our family decided it wasn't really for us. However, it wasn't miserable so it was probably worth it. We did choose to go on a Saturday which probably wasn't the best idea. Nonetheless the kids had a good time!
We found a lego family entering into the park. It was pretty cool that all the figurines were made out of legos.
While the kids were next door building lego cars to drive, Tiv and I went next door and played in the Big legos.
Each of the kids with their creations.
I believe Brayd got 1st place in the race.
Ry
I think Madi lost:(
Porter.
We then headed to have a gunny sack slide race.
I do believe Aaron won.
This baby and her suckers!
She found a high chair to hang out in for a minute.
After lunch we found a cute little city that had lots of cool miniature things made from Legos.
Porter and I liked the MGM Grand.
Madi liked the Eiffel Tower.
Aaron and Ry liked the little "New York"
Brayd thought the Excalibur was pretty cool!
We then went over to a ride where you pull yourselves up....
The kids had a lot of fun on this one and the lines were very short for this particular ride.
My Madi and Ry!
Dad and Brayd.
Brayd loves to be with his dad!
This baby didn't have so much fun! She was worn out from yesterday and just wasn't enjoying it as much.
Porter is just too cool:)
Oh Brayd!
Ry loved this one!
With this baby being so ornery I let her dad hang with her for a bit!
He did a good job at keeping her happy.
She thought it was so funny to cover her dad's eyes.
That Baby!
This is usually where I am....bringing up the rear. I feel a lot better when I can see everyone in front of me!
This baby got worn out and I and her got a nice little nap in the park while the other kids went and checked out some other rides.
Of course when she wakes up she always needs to eat a little something.
As long as she has her bib on and doesn't make too big of a mess I'm o.k. with it!
The last ride of the day.
This baby is just a busy little girl!
Checking out some of the last little space guys on the way out!
We love listening to Dora and one of the songs she sings is "Popping Bubbles". Tiv was so good at doing it!
Aaron just thought it was quite possible the cutest thing ever!!
To end the day we got some dinner and went back to the hotel room to get ready to travel home.
We had a good time....
As a family we are definitely more interested in Knott's Berry Farm than Lego Land.
Now we know:)
